During the navigation braking of the ship, the kinetic energy is converted into electric energy, which is consumed by the frequency converter braking resistance, resulting in a large amount of heat energy in the electrical cabinet, affecting the performance of electrical components in the electrical cabinet and wasting a large amount of electric energy.In this project, bidirectional high-power DC / DC and super capacitor are used to recover the electric energy consumed by the braking resistance, and the electric energy stored in the super capacitor is released when the ship is sailing, which not only saves energy, but also controls the temperature in the electrical cabinet.
The whole cabinet is used on board and can be used in humid air, salt fog, oil fog and other harsh environments.
